LARGE Poison bottle Benedict's Qualitative Reagent circa 1900. Fine early 20th century amber glass chemical bottle with two great red Skull and Crossbones. Unusual 3 piece mold marks. Long a danger symbol of pirates and Yale skull and bones fraternity, the poisonous logo dates back to the 1850. Benedicts was used to measure Sugar content for Diabetics.
