Victorian punch hand embroidery wood framed sampler. Extraordinary in that it is NOT overtly religious. It states only that, Absent Is Katy Miny But Not Forgotten. Still crisp after all these years the late 19th century embroidering is not frayed or fuzzy. Under glass and with a nice wooden frame, this old memento mori remembrance exhibits fine needlework. A grand memorial.
