Unusual 3 piece mold marks.
Long a danger symbol of pirates and Yale skull and bones fraternity,
the poisonous logo dates back to the 1850.
Benedicts was used to measure Sugar content for Diabetics.

Rochester Germicide Embalming Fluid Glass Bottle 1883
Patented January 25 1883 this rare antique embalmers supply bottle was made to hang up side down. In perfect condition with applied and flared lip, this vintage funeral supply measures about eight and a half inches tall. It is a case square sided post mortem antique. Skull crossbones blown in mould antique glass medicinal bottle with original drug store graphic red lable.A skull and cross bones is a symbol consisting of a human skull and two bones crossed together under the skull. It is generally used as a warning for something that is dangerous or deadly, usually drugstore poison.
Neat old glass flask medicine bottle with streatched irregular neck bent and fire polished during it's man made creation. With Cloroform, the remedy recomended by Pieck Pharmacy Covington Kentucky was a mustard poultice, applied to the stomach and plenty of fresh air. Though thought of primarily as surgery anesthesia, this chemical, which was according to the text 48% alcohol.Anesthesiologist procedures have come along way from this early surgical anesthetic.
