Snakewoman Zula Zelick Circus Antique Photograph 19th c SNAKE . Big Boa Constrictor bold lady. This old circus freak side show Carte De Visite cdv image has great detail. Snakeskin pattern on the big snake. Traveling circus sideshows often boasted of a wild Circassian Queen or wild man. These folks were almost always just American ladies with hair teased up in an exotic way, who were paid to excite Victorian morals. This photo circa 1870 has strong detail and remains one of the better circus memento photos we have seen.
